Leads

How does Jellybean collect leads?
  • Our leads are collected by courthouse researchers that work for us directly. Our researchers go into the courthouse and collect data directly off the documents.


    • What does this mean for you?
  • The records that you are receiving from us are accurate, containing the proper information as stated on the court records.


    • Why get leads from JB Services?
  • All leads that we offer are exclusive. This means we will not give someone else the same list as you receive. All information provided is checked to ensure that you are only receiving accurate and good data. If you are needing a phone number with your lead, this is being looked up manually to ensure you are getting a correct phone number. However, keep in mind that they are public record. Anyone can have a researcher collect this information so the information itself is not exclusive, only the information that we collect is exclusive. We will not share it with anyone else.


    • What is your minimum order?
  • Unlike many other companies out there, our minimum is very small. We require a minimum order of $100.


    • How long does it take to receive an order?
  • Our leads are collected in person by a researcher that goes to the actual courthouse. We do not collect any leads until an order is placed. It may take up to 2 weeks to fill an order, depending on the size, type, and where it is at.


    • How do I pay for my order?
  • Upon placing an order, we request a deposit of $100 down. Once an order is complete, we will send over the first page of leads. Upon final payment, the rest of the leads shall be sent to you within 12 hours. We can accept all major credit cards, paypal, or check. Cash, if delievered in person.


    • How are leads delivered?
  • We are able to provide leads in many different formats. The most popular format is the CSV and excel format. Leads can be e-mailed or snail-mailed to you.


    • What kind of leads do you provide?
  • Some types of leads that we provide are, but not limited to: mortgage leads, adjustable rate mortgage leads (ARMs leads), high interest mortgages, new homeowner purchases, target lender list, new marriage lists, new businesses (DBA leads), tax lien leads, divorce leads, foreclosure, probate, new birth leads, investment leads, judgment leads (judgment recovery) and many others.


    • What information is on your leads?
  • Each lead contains different information. Some information we may provide is the name, date recorded, address, phone number, and other various fields.


    • You said you provide ARM leads (Adjustable rate mortgage leads). What do these contain?
  • Each Adjustable rate mortgage leads (ARM lead) contains date of mortgage, name, address, amount, mortgage company, amount, interest rate, the date it changes over, the new interest rate, and phone numbers when applicable.


    • How much do your leads cost?
  • Each type of lead varies depending on the fields collected. Please contact us for a exact amount. Leads cost anywhere from $0.30-$6.00 All our leads are exclusive, cross-checked to ensure it's a good lead by our professional researchers. No lead is ever given to anyone else. Leads are also not acquired through an electronic source, they are all collected manually at the courthouse.


    • Are your leads screened against the do-not call list?
  • At this time, to keep costs down, we do not screen leads against the do-not call list. We are currently working on adding this for a small additional fee.



    • Telemarketing

    Are your telemarketers experienced?
  • All our telemarketers are experienced, with various telemarketing.


    • How do I know they are actually making the calls?
  • Our telemarketers show they are making the calls by providing us with a phone log outlining all the calls made each week.


    • How will I know if a telemarketer is successful at a sale, or interest from a individual they are calling?
  • Our telemarketers will be entering in information onto a form on-line as they talk to each client. If someone expresses interest, you will receive a e-mail containing the information immediately after they speak with your customer.


    • Is there a minimum or maximum amount of telemarketers I may use?
  • There is no minimum or maximum number at this time. You may elect to use only 1, or you may choose 50, the choice is up to you.


    • Can I talk to the telemarketers that will be calling for me?
  • Yes, as the telemarketers will be representing your company, you may talk to these telemarketers.


    • How much does it cost to use a telemarketer?
  • Please contact us for a accurate quote. This varies depending on the product being sold.



    • Direct Mailers

    What kind of mailers do you send?
  • We send out different mailers, depending on our client needs.


    • How does it work?
  • We hand-write the individual addresses on each envelope. Studies have shown that people are more likely to open a piece of mail if their name and address is handwritten on a envelope rather than typed. This increases your exposure to the individuals receiving mailers.


    • Who provides the supplies?
  • This varies. You can provide the information, or we can. Product is not marked up if we provide it, we will include a receipt with invoice. Postage is to be prepaid.


    • Is there a minimum or maximum order?
  • At this time, there is no minimum or maximum order. You can send as few as 5, or as many as 10,000+/week.


    • How much does it cost?
  • There are many different costs involved, please contact us for a more exact quote. We work on a per piece basis, usually between $0.32-0.50 per piece.

  • The BBB is great for many businesses, however, it is not cost effective for us to be listed at this time. The BBB charges a registration fee. At this time, the BBB does not have a category that would accurately describe us. We can provide references with some of our clients upon request.

  • We can provide services from anywhere in the United States. Eventually we hope to be able to offer services in Canada and Europe. We are partnered with three other companies to provide the best possible service and coverage available.

  • Courthouse research is the practice of our researchers going to the county courthouse or administration building to look up data. We look at the actual documents, collecting data. If you are looking for specific information that may be older, such as mortgage information, we also check to ensure that it has not been released.
