Jellybean Services was started as a small web design company in 1996 in West Michigan while the owner was still in school as a part time job. As time progressed, we began offering other services to local businesses. In 2005, we began to expand our services to include other business services to all. In 2010, we began offering services to individuals. In 2011, we opened our newest division of the company, Jellybean Transportation, offering economy airport shuttle services in the Mid-Central Ohio area. We also expanded and opened a second branch in the Mid-Central Ohio area.
Jellybean Services was originally created as a business name for our free, family website
(kidsjellybean.com). We began offering business services as a way to support this safe place for people of all ages. Our name is also loosely based off a character in the
Archie Comics Series. Jellybean is the name of Jughead's baby sister.
Our company vision is to be there for the small business and provide them with affordable and professional services that they could not otherwise afford. Why do larger companies not offer these services to small businesses? Simply put, small businesses aren't profitable for them. With Jellybean Services, you're never too small.
We work one-on-one with our clients to ensure that our services are meeting and exceeding expectations. Often times, we check in with our clients on a weekly basis. We strive to reach the needs of our clients by providing them with the best services possible at a affordable price.
We also strive to provide friendly and personalized services. We follow up with each of our clients every two weeks just to check to see how things are going, not for a sales call. Whether you place a one-time order, or on-going, you're equally important. With Jellybean Services, you're not just a customer, you're a friend.
Jellybean Services also gives back to the community by providing jobs to individuals on disability and SSI. In addition, the admin staff gives back to the Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, and Texas areas by logging more than 100 volunteer hours per month. We also transport individuals (Cancer patients, individuals on Medicare/Medicaid) needing medical attention that have no other way to receive medical attention as volunteer drivers for local non-profit.
Many of the services that we offer are provided through clients that we serve. We do business with those that do business with us, making it a win-win situation for everyone. When doing business with us, we can add your services to our offerings. If an inquiry arises for such service, we refer it over to the appropriate client that can best serve their need.
